Your identity

Public profiles use display names, city and state. Email addresses, registration answers and payment records are restricted to authorized account holders, event staff and platform administrators. You can hide your player profile and choose whether your display name appears on event participant lists.

Payments and records

Stripe handles card details. This application records order totals, Stripe references, refunds and audit history. Financial and historical event roster records are retained when a registration is canceled. Optional donations are reported separately; tax deductibility is not represented.

Email and account requests

Organizer announcement emails can be disabled in account settings. Security, payment and placement messages remain enabled. Contact the operating organization for data access, correction, retention or deletion requests. A production contact and retention policy must be published before launch.

Sample data

All seeded people, organizations, teams and events are fictional. Payment processing is restricted to Stripe test mode. Organizer classifications and sanction labels are self-reported and do not establish affiliation or verification.
